HI IM POST HYSTERESTOMY AND ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER THAT MY ENDO SHOWS A RIGHT OVARY MEASURES 3.4X1.6X2.5 CM CONTAINS A 1.5X2.4X1.7 CM ANECHOIC LESION WITHOUT INTERNAL VASCULARITY AND LEFT OVARY MEASURES 2.8X1.6X2 CM CONTAINS SMALL FOLLICULAR CYSTS IM IN A LOT OF PAIN IN MY BACK AND OVARYS IS THAT A BAD RESULT

Hello,
Probably not, but you need to follow up with your doctor and see if they want to do a biopsy or more testing. "Without internal vascularity" means it is not likely cancer. Cancerous lesions most often have lots of blood vessels (vascularity). Follicular cysts are often just fluid filled sacs and are also not a cancer concern. Make sure to follow up with your doctor to make sure no further evaluation is recommended.
